Transition presentation for New Reception - Sept 26
We have put together a Transition Social Story for your child to help them with their transition into an Oaklands Reception Class in September. Please can you read this Social Story to your child frequently over the Summer as it will help them prepare to start as a Ladybird or Bumblebee in September. It builds upon the transition session they attended at the end of June. Another potential thing you could do over the Summer to support your child's transition is to practise dressing in their uniform and practise walking to school.
