Meet the Teacher — Parent Welcome Meetings
We are delighted to invite all parents and carers to our Meet the Teacher — Parent Welcome Meetings, which will be the first parent meetings of the new academic year.
These face-to-face individual meetings provide a valuable opportunity for you to meet your child’s teacher, introduce yourselves and begin building a positive partnership for the year ahead.
Booking Your Appointment - Parent Booking System
The appointment booking portal will go live on Tuesday 8th September at 4.00pm and will close on Sunday 13th September at 9.00pm.

When you enter the above booking system, you will see three separate booking options. These have been set up separately due to the working arrangements and availability of some of our teachers.
The titles of the booking options on the portal are listed below exactly as they appear in the system. Please select the option that applies to your child’s class.

Wednesday 16th September: 3.40pm–6.00pm
Thursday 17th September: 3.40pm–7.00pm
All appointments will be strictly time limited to 10 minutes.
Y6 ONLY —Meet the Teacher - Parent Welcome Meetings
Tuesday 15th September: 3.40pm–6.00pm
Thursday 16th September: 3.40pm–7.00pm
All appointments will be strictly time limited to 10 minutes.
Y4 Elm Class Only - Meet the Teacher - Parent Welcome Meetings
Tuesday 15th September: 3.40pm–6.00pm
Wednesday 16th September: 3.40pm–7.00pm
All appointments will be strictly time limited to 10 minutes.
It is very important that you select the correct booking option for your child’s class.
If you cannot see your child’s name or class after selecting an option, this means you have most likely selected the wrong booking link. Please return to the previous page and select the correct option.
When entering your details, please make sure you use the same details that you have previously provided to the school, so that the system can correctly identify your child and display their details.
