Parents' Evening Booking System
Parent-teacher meetings allow parents/carers to meet with their child's teacher and discuss their progress. It is an opportunity to develop the relationship between the teacher, the parent, and the child.
The expectation at Oaklands is that all parents/carers are met by the relevant teacher.
Parents/Carers have a choice of online video call or face-to-face parent evening appointments again this term.
If there have been any changes to your contact information or emergency contact numbers, please take a moment to update these details on the form available from the school office. We must have accurate contact information to reach you promptly in case of any emergencies.
Additionally, if there has been any changes in your child’s health that we should know about, please complete a medical form so that we can update our records.
Nursery (Minibeast):
- Face to Face: Wednesday 26th November 2025 - 9.30am - 11.30am
- Face to face : Thursday 27th November 2025 - 9.30am - 3pm
Reception - Y6
- Online : Wednesday 26th November 2025- 3:40pm–7:00 pm
- Face to Face: Thursday 27th November 3:40 pm–6:00 pm
The portal opens at 5:00 pm on Friday 7th November 2025 and closes at 12:00 noon on Friday 21 November 2025.
Please note there are two different booking links on the portal one for Nursery and one for Reception to Y6. Please make sure you select the correct booking for your child’s class in order to view and make appointments.
