Parents' Evening Booking System

Parent-teacher meetings allow parents/carers to meet with their child's teacher and discuss their progress.  It is an opportunity to develop the relationship between the teacher, the parent, and the child. 

The expectation at Oaklands is that all parents/carers are met by the relevant teacher. 

Parents/Carers have a choice of online video call or face-to-face parent evening appointments again this term.  

If there have been any changes to your contact information or emergency contact numbers, please take a moment to update these details on the form available from the school office. We must have accurate contact information to reach you promptly in case of any emergencies.

Additionally, if there has been any changes in your child’s health that we should know about, please complete a medical form so that we can update our records.

Our next Parents' Evening will take place across two days: Wednesday 9th July and Thursday 10th July 2025. Nursery Parents' meeting  will take place on Tuesday 8th July and Wednesday 9th July 2025.
